Their Mission
Our mission is to provide the highest quality evidence-based prevention for suicide, violence, bullying and substance abuse by training, supporting, and empowering both peer leaders and caring adults to impact their world through the power of connection, hope, help and strength.
Their Vision
We believe that many strengths are more powerful than one, and our united goal is to activate and mobilize these strengths in ways that positively change individuals and communities.

What are the School Counselors' rules of confidentiality?

The School Counselors follow the ethical standard of confidentiality. Confidentiality means that all conversations in the counseling relationship will not leave the counseling office, with a few exceptions. The exceptions to the rule are if the student talks about danger to themselves or to others. Examples of danger include all forms of abuse, as well as suicide threats. These cases will be reported to proper authorities (i.e., parents, school administration, mental health services, social services, potential victims).

There is always someone that you can talk to if you need advice. You can reach either of these hotlines 24 hours a day 7 days a week!
