At Fruita Middle School, we want all learners and staff to grow in a nurturing, disciplined learning environment. This means we must work together to create a community of up-standers through empathy and kindness.

If you have been bullied or know someone who is being bullied, please complete the form below for an Administrator to address the situation.

If you need help immediately because you or someone else's safety is at risk, please tell a trusted adult immediately, use Safe2Tell, or tell your teacher that you need to come to the counseling office right away.

You can make a Safe2Tell report 24 hours a day, 7 days a week by downloading the mobile app, through the website www.Safe2Tell.org or by calling 1-877-542-7233.
